Linda Gailius Adams
Linda has been passionate about teaching since her first coaching job at Heritage Swim and Tennis Club in Concord, MA., where she started coaching each summer from the age of 15-22.
While at Boston College, Linda competed as a Division 1 springboard diver. After graduating with a degree in Marketing, Linda moved to Maine where she received her masters degree in Education from The University of Southern Maine and obtained her Maine State Teaching certification active since 1994. She taught social studies for ten years at Westbrook High School before deciding to stay home, raise her three children and continue to teach fitness classes.
With over 28 years teaching in the Fitness Industry, Linda continues to teach to a faithful following and maintains her certifications in group fitness instruction through ACE (American Council on Exercise) and a CPR certification through the American Red Cross.
Every class, Linda works hard to make positive contributions to the well being of each fitness participant. She strives to keep current with industry trends placing detailed attention on the importance of working the core throughout all aspects of life. Linda actively utilizes music as a fitness tool, creatively selecting the appropriate mix, catering to the audience, with attention to detail that enhances your fitness experience.
